We had an excellent stay at Zuara9Room Rimini! The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions of Rimini, making it easy to explore the city. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with recommendations and any questions we had. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, quiet, and maintained to a very high standard. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived and truly appreciated the attention to detail. I highly recommend Zuara9Room Rimini to anyone looking for a relaxing, clean, and convenient place to stay. We would definitely love to come back!
Amazing host, great facilities and perfect location. Would highly recommend. Breakfast included at local cafe was tasty and host had lots of great recommendations and was really helpful. Top place to stay.

Everything was perfect!
The place is 15 minutes walk from the Arch of Augustus and 5 minutes from the sea. The room was very clean, cozy and beautifully designed. There is a shared kitchen and dining area
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and shown not only the apartments, but also separate relaxing areas, indoor and outdoor, which we could enjoy, a sun terrace, a balcony, a kitchenette, everything was wonderfully clean. The owner was very kind, constantly smiling and provided everything we needed, actively responds, advises and contributes greatly to a good rest. wonderful location, 100% recommend and I know where I can come back and stay.

Annalisa is the perfect host .Nothing was to much trouble .Very clean room,comfortable bed,shared kitchen stocked with everything you need.Great location close to beach,restaurants and cafes 20 minute walk to train station ,old city centre a great part of Rimini worth seeing
it is perfect. I came early. the room have been ready at 10:00. and I leave late untill 19:00. a lot of fruit, coffee, tea and other things.

Super clean. Quiet. 5mins to the beach and about 20 mins to the Arc of Augustus and the train station. Good kitchen area. Lots of extras, e.g. the orange juicer was great. Annalise the property manager was kind and very helpful.

Annalisa is the most kind and warm-hearted host and we had a wonderful stay in Rimini. The room and bathroom were clean and well furnished. The location is very central, but in a quiet street. Annalisa showed us around the whole house und provided lots of info and also fresh fruits everyday, I specifically enjoyed the peaches :) communication with her was perfect. She even sent me my forgotten charger via post to my home in Germany which was more than kind and attentive of her and definetly not something everyone would do. Thanks for everything dear Annalisa :)
One of the best B&B’s I’ve ever stayed in, what a fantastic experience! In addition to a very comfortable bedroom and bathroom, the shared space gives it a real feel of home, especially with all the effort that Annalisa goes to. Great location for the beach and old town too!

Our stay was very nice, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. A lot of additional amenities (shared living room, shared kitchen, a rooftop terrace) and a very welcoming host! The location is also very good, close to the beach and still in walking distance to the old city center. The breakfast was amazing, located in a small cafe/patisserie just around the corner with delicious coffee and cornetti! Overall a great experience!

Everything was great and Annalisa went above and beyond to make sure I will have a nice stay, which I did. She was one of the greatest hosts I have interacted with. I would totally come back to hers next time when in Rimini.
This is a true gem - if it's free, you're in luck! The host is exceptional, the rooms and facilities are beautiful, functional and spotlessly clean. The b&b is close to the sea, supermarket and shops. A library for the guests is the cherry on the top, including a selection of books in the individual rooms. All you need for a relaxing holiday.
It is a really nice Breakfast & Bed place. Close to the beach (ca. 10 min walk), but also close to the train station (ca. 20 min walk), city center (ca. 25 min). There is a well equipped shared kitchen (coffee makers [plural: at least 4-5 different ways to make coffee :) ], microwave, fridge, mugs, plates, etc), shared living room, dining room. The host, Annalisa, is really nice and helpful.
This apartment was absolutely fantastic. Clean and well-equipped. The owner's care for her guests was exceptional, with fresh fruit, coffee, and much more available. She heeded all our wishes and recommended many interesting places. We also had bikes with us, which we could store in the garage. If we return to Rimini, we will only stay in this accommodation. And the apartment is close to the bech. We absolutely love it!

I booked 2 nights at this accommodation and had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was clean and modern, and there were lots of thoughtful touches in the room and common areas. Annalisa was also wonderful, and was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions. The location is close to the beach (unfortunately I had terrible weather during my stay and couldn't take full advantage) and is walkable to the railway station and old town. I would absolutely recommend a stay here, as I felt cared for and that I wasn't just another guest.
I liked everything, enjoyed my stay in this hotel and the owner was best of the best and the hotel too.Recomend everyone, you don't regret!
Zuara9Room is a wonderful location, near the beach and lots of restaurants. It was also a nice 25-30 min walk to the convention center and train station. The property is modern, clean, light-filled, and very comfortable. Most of all, Annalisa is an excellent and very welcoming host.

Everything was new. Modern Scandinavian design of the room and bathroom. Air conditioning. Everything was super clean and super comfortable. There was also kitchen with caffe and refrigerator, room with fruits, terrace. All small details were covered - even sun lotion. Host was super friendly and helpful. She allowed to access room earlier and leave bags after checkout. Delicious Italian breakfast in the cafeteria near was also included. Close to the beach, restaurants, local shops and supermarket. Definitely would stay there next time.
I came here alone for a vacation and visited this place for the first time. I can say that this is one of those cases where reality is 100 times better than the photos. Although I liked the photos, everything is even more wonderful in person. The breakfast pastries are incredibly delicious. 🥹😍 The homeownerу, is the kindest and most positive person. She does everything to make the stay comfortable and luxurious. Thank you so much for the fantastic vacation ❤️❤️
